Our quality parts are manufactured in house, from laser cutting on our 6kw fibre machine, machining on our CNC lathes & machine centres, to our heat treatment facility, with us having full control of all aspects of production we can guarantee the parts quality.

We are a family run company – our management team have over 40 years of combined knowledge of the wearing parts market and with our engineering facilities we can offer a vast range of bespoke items beyond our stocked range. We can also offer a full range of engineering / breakdown services.

JSR recently installed a state of the art facility for the application of Tungsten Carbide, offering this as a subcontract service.
